Be captivated by the elevated ocean views from Baan Maliwan, a three-storey hillside villa in the Dhevatara Residence Estate. Named after the star jasmine flower, the 693 sqm property is just 130m from the beach and a 6-minute drive to Fisherman’s Village. Lounge comfortably in a spacious air-conditioned living and dining room, located next to an outdoor terrace lined with beanbags. Dip into the adjacent 12m pool, while admiring the view of the sea. The property has a pavilion-style layout; all bedrooms feature a modern tropical design, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms enjoys direct pool access, while two other bedrooms are located on the top floor with a lovely vantage point. The largest bedroom additionally features its own balcony and a sunken bathtub with an ocean view. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances and has a central island that can be used as a breakfast bar. The fully-staffed villa offers an optional private chef, who can whip up delicious meals throughout the day, at an additional cost. Kayaks, yoga mats and a BBQ are available upon request for guest use. While the shoreline in front of the Dhevatara Residence estate is rocky, a short 200m stroll along the coast brings you to a swimmable stretch of the beach.
